Step 1: Gather all necessary information (In electronic form, complete pictures and/or pdf documents accepted)
- Birth Certificate
- Parent’s photo ID
- Two proofs of address
- Immunization records
- *Health Assessment (Only needed if 1st time in NC public school)
- *Last report card (If coming from another school)
Step 2: Click the link below to complete registration through Infinite Campus. You will have the option to choose your language as English or Spanish:
Step 3: Enter the required information and the captcha security code (enter the letters/numbers shown in the gray box).
Step 4: Click the begin registration button. Helpful Hint: Write down your application number in case you need to stop and return to your saved enrollment application. You will enter information about your household, the student, and be prompted to upload copies of your required documents. Failing to upload required documents or entering incorrect information will result in the online application being rejected and returned to you.

Paso 1: Prepare sus documentos Asegúrese de tener estos archivos en su computadora o celular (pueden ser fotos claras o archivos PDF):
- Acta de nacimiento del estudiante.
- Identificación oficial con fotografía del padre o tutor.
- Dos comprobantes de domicilio actuales.
- Registro de vacunas.
- Evaluación de salud: Solo si es la primera vez que el alumno entra a una escuela pública en Carolina del Norte.
- Último reporte de calificaciones: Solo si viene de otra institución.
Paso 2: Haga clic en el enlace de abajo para completar el registro a través de Infinite Campus. Tendrá la opción de elegir su idioma (inglés o español): SBH Online Registration Form
Paso 3: Complete los datos básicos Llene la información inicial y escriba el código de seguridad captcha (las letras y números del cuadro gris) para continuar.
Paso 4: Inicie su solicitud Haga clic en el botón de “Begin Registration”.
Nota importante: Guarde bien su número de solicitud. Así podrá pausar y continuar después si lo necesita.
Se le pedirá información sobre su familia, el estudiante y que suba las fotos de sus documentos. Tenga cuidado: si falta algún documento o hay errores en los datos, el sistema rechazará su solicitud automáticamente.
