Sallie B. Howard School of Arts & Science – a K-12 free public charter school established in Wilson, N.C. in 1997 – is seeking an Exceptional Children Case Manager for Elementary or Middle/High School. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and have 5-7 years as a case manager or compliance officer. The EC Case Manager is responsible for completing paperwork required for processing initial referrals, eligibility determinations, writing IEPs, entering and maintaining data into ECATS, training teachers in proper data collections based on state and federal guidelines. Must have NC Certification in Special Education.
